She is survived by: her husband Wayne Earl Warner; her children, Jeff Creek (Brandy Miller) of Mattoon, Illinois, Gena Creek Ferguson (Damian Ferguson) of Melton Mowbray and England; her stepchildren, Lori Warner of Eagle, Lolisa (Thomas Collins, Jr.) of Nixa and Avonna (Tim Schirman) of Springfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Harper, Taylor Collins, Ethan Mentze, Ella Mae and Daisy Ferguson; her brother Ronnie Arnold (Barb) of Washington, Illinois; and her cousin Susie Munson Weinacht (Terry) of Des Moines, Iowa..
