He is survived by: his wife Patricia McPhee; his daughters, Debra Sparks (Lewis) and Melinda Bales; and his grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Jon), Jared Draper (Kim Thornburg), Zack Little, Randa Carnes (Mike) and Jake Sparks (Brittany). He is also survived by many loving great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
