He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Evans; his wife Shelly Brownfield; his siblings, Debbie Thompson and Dennis Evans; and his nephews, Todd, Dennis and Russell Thompson.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Grother-Duckworth; his children, Jordyn Thompson and Bryan Thompson; his granddaughter Kamari Jo Doyle; his stepmother Anna Evans Balliger; and his siblings, Tammy Thompson, Kevin Thompson (Judie), Ron Rosenburg, Theresa Handsacker, Kathy Goodwin (Larry), Tony Boatwright (Amanda) and Russell Rosenburg (Trudy).
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
