She is survived by: her spouse Billie Dean Waugh; her children, Daniel Dean Waugh and Vicki Rene'Waugh; her grandchildren, Meredith Smith (Jason), Blake Smith (Shannon), Danette Sullivan (Mike) and Matt Waugh (Kristie); her great grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Alexandrea Parcel, Trevor Parcel, Devin Sullivan, Tyler Waugh and Tyler Rager; and her brother Norman James.
