He was predeceased by: his parents, Erick Erickson and Edith Erickson (Edler); his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Jim Beasley; and his niece Pamela Erickson.

He is survived by: his son Cornflake; his wife Betty; his daughters, Erica Mull (Donald) and Jennifer Thompson (Jake); his grandchildren, Kameron, Dayln, Keagyn, Taytum, Brooke and Haleigh; and his siblings, Pat McBurney (Chuck), Dennis (Vicki), Steve (Beth) and Thomas (Anna).

In remembrance of Leslie, memorials may be made directly to the family.
