He is survived by: his wife Patricia Divine; his son Leslie Duane (Catherine); his daughter-in-law Lisa; his granddaughters, Carolyn Gaul (Shaun), Christina Lesko (Andrew), Cassandra Blackford and Amanda Chorpash (Max); and his great grandchildren, David Lesko, William Lesko, Julia Lesko, Olivia Lesko and Blake Chorpash.
