He is survived by: his children, Bruce Hayes (Carlene), Jeanine Kain (Sam), Bryan Hayes, Brent Hayes (Joy Olson) and Douglas Hayes (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Travis Kain, Alexandria Hayes, Barret Hayes, Zacharey Hayes, Elizabeth Hicks, Lauren Austin, Mitchell Hayes, Emma Hayes, Preston Hayes and Andrew Hayes; his great grandchild Harrison Hayes; his brothers, Russell Hayes and Ted Hayes; and his sisters-in-law, Jeri Hayes, Janet Hayes, Beverly Hayes, Linda Warman and Connie Hoelscher (Lurlin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
