He is survived by: his wife Alice Book; his daughters, Julie Ellen Cahill and Anne Marie Fussichen (David); his grandsons, Brendan James Cahill, John Kenneth Fussichen and Joseph Lorenzo Fussichen; and his siblings, Susan Rossiter (Fred), Janet Clark (Jim), Cindie Book (Richard), Deanna Boesen (Book) and Steven Book. He is also survived by his family, many friends.
