With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen McDaniel (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on August 13, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wilbois and Marie Wilbois (Dingeman); her husband Wayne McDaniel; her daughter Debbie Sharp; and her pet Coco.
She is survived by: her brother Larry Wilbois (Sue) of Des Moines; her nieces, Jennifer Wilbois of Des Moines and Melissa Baker (Ryan) of Des Moines; her great-nephews, Baylee Wilbois of Des Moines, Brennan Baker of Ankeny and Brody Baker of Des Moines; and her pets, Mia and Winston.
Memorial contributions may be directed to AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport in De Soto, Iowa, in loving memory of Karen.
