She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Whistler and Ethel Whistler (Mills); and her brothers, Ernie, Bobby and Tom Whistler.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Cardis; her children, Teresa Punsalan (Damon), Sherry Carpenter (Todd) and Steve Cardis; her daughter-in-law Tina Cardis; her grandchildren, Kayla Post, Madison Punsalan, Kacie Anderson (Sam), Chloe Carpenter and Josh Cardis; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Violet and Walker. She is also survived by other loving relatives and special friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Animal Rescue League, or the Wounded Warrior Project in loving memory of Judy Cardis.
