She was predeceased by: her husband John "Woody" Wood; her parent Geraldine Wilson; her siblings, Marty Hedstrand and Brenda Wilson; and her sister-in-law Kristy Hedstrand.
She is survived by: her children, Jason (Jaimi) and Jamie (Keith); her grandchildren, Katie (Colby), Hailey, Hunter, Carder, Cayden and Will; and her siblings, Daryl, Danny, Lana (Crystal), Bonnie (Chuck), Tammy and Alan.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Easter Lake Park (2830 Easter Lake Dr, Des Moines, IA 50320).
