He was predeceased by: his father John Wendall Duncan; his daughters, Kandace Diane Duncan and Amber Lynn Duncan; his mother MaryLynn Joyce Martin Speck (Martin); his stepmother Phyllis Ann Duncan; his brother Donald Wayne Reeves; his grandparents, June Preston, Harland Preston, Jerald Duncan and Elvina Duncan; his uncles, Preston "Press" Joseph Duncan, William "Bill" Duncan (Shirley) and Claude Martin; and his aunt Katherine "Katie" Blair (Paul).
He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy "Tim" Paul Duncan (Norma) of Ocala, Cindy Heard (Jon) of Winter Haven, Susan "Sue" Duncan-Torres of Des Moines and Wendy Jo Dodson (Nick) of Adel, Iowa; and his nephews, Jayson M. Duncan, Matthew "Matt" H. Duncan and Joseph "Joey" P. Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other extended family.
