He is survived by: his mother Ramona Hoyem; his siblings, Ann Hirth (Kory) of Windsor Heights, IA and Lance Hoyem of Des Moines; his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Hirth, Amanda Hirth, Wren Hoyem and Paden Hoyem; and his sister-in-law Allison Hoyem of Des Moines.
