He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey McFadden; his grandparents, Mary, Chuck Barrington and Archie Sorensen; his aunt Shelly Cole; and his uncle Raymond Mcfadden.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Jr., Raelynn, Avalynn and Davia; his mother Carla; his siblings, Jessica Sorensen (Jesse), Dawn Hunter (Antonio), Nalisha and Tyreaka; and his granddaughter Willow.
