He is survived by: his aunt Esther; his wife Linda Marie Huston; his children, Jay Jr., Timothy and Abigail; his granddaughters, Kate, Cyra, Angie and Lexie; and his siblings, John Vargus, Jack Ackelson, Dennis Huston (Connie), Randy Gohery, Nancy Floden (Bennett), Jeleane Fox (Simmons), Kathy Ackelson (Vargus) and Lorri Huston.
Jay had requested any memorial contributions be made to the family to be distributed at a later date.
