She was predeceased by: her father Fred Madison; and her brother Gary Madison. She is survived by: her mother Marjory Madison (Wolf); her daughters, Ashlee Madison and Cassie Madison; and her sister Jerri Hines (Carl). She is also survived by other loving relatives and many special friends.
