She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Ritchie and Ruth Ritchie (Countryman); her husband Jim; her daughter Susan Becker; and her brother Robert Ritchie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Westcot and Nancy Hotchkiss; her son-in-law Tom Becker; her grandchildren, Ellen Becker (Matt Russell), Carol Bartz (Craig), Leigh (Da'Rell), James Hotchkiss (Madeline Goebel) and Colin McCarty; and her great grandchildren, Casen Bartz, Carson Bartz, Cruz Crittendon and Giselle Crittendon.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the Iowa State University Foundation, 2505 University Blvd, Ames, IA 50010, to benefit the ISU Marching Band.
