She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermann Ullerich and Sophia Ullerich (Knop); and her siblings, Irene Ullerich, Luella McBain and Arnold Ullerich.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin; her children, Dale Paula Allen (Pete), Sam and Kirk Dawson; her grandson Jeff Conn (Heidi); and her sister Janice Moon.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church (5625 Franklin Ave, Des Moines, IA 50310).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed toward Mt. Olive Lutheran Church.
