He is survived by: his wife Helen Smith; his children, Dawn Roach (Jim), Christopher (Crystal) of New Waverly and Casey (Sarah); his grandchildren, Gretta Beltran (Christian), Gabe Smith (Toni), Abigail Roach, Conner and Madeline Smith; his great grandchildren, Declan Beltran and Elliott Smith; and his sisters, Shirley Iverson (James) and LoRee Hora (Keith).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
