The memory of Glenda Kaye Battles (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on January 28, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Bloomquist and Hilda Bloomquist (Mohr); and her brother Eugene. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son Christian (Cathy); her granddaughters, Taylor and Katlyn; and her siblings, Loren, Lavine and Gloria.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens (121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
