He is survived by: his children, Darrin Palmer (Samantha), Chad Palmer, Gilbert Palmer Jr. (Becky), Detha Palmer-Chandler, Mark Stephens (Brenda) and Michelle Stephens; his siblings, Carl Palmer (Debbie), Paul Palmer and Ruthie Wentz; his grandchildren, Josh Stephens (Karmin), Tanner Rohlf (Ryan), Camden Palmer, Dean Mcloud, Grayson Palmer, Asher Palmer, Seeley Palmer, Charlie Palmer and Ryan Gilliland; and his great grandchildren, Romen and Leila Gilliland.
