He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ansel and Dorothy Stroud (Knight); his sister Lois Ann; and his brother-in-law James Lattimer. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Stroud (Anderson); his daughter Lori (Greg); his grandsons, David Stroud (Nikki), Zachary Grant, Joshua Grant, Austin Stroud (Kelly), Ethan Stroud and Noah Stroud; and his siblings-in-law, Richard and Nancy Kalina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation to charitable causes.
