He is survived by: his children, David McCullough, Carol McCullough and Amy Thomas; his grandchildren, Emily (Richard), Mark, Jennifer, Sara and Eric (Kayla); and his sisters, Glenis and Cleo. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa in loving memory of Frank.
