He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph Picray Jr. and Mary Picray (Stephenson); his daughter Laura Ann Picray; his brother Michael Picray; his brother-in-law Gale Howarth; and his parents-in-law, Rodrick and Velda Howarth.
He is survived by: his significant other Lois Picray; his daughters, Jennifer Murphy and Susan Crimmins (Randy); his grandchildren, Tommy, Molly, Ailish, Patrick Murphy, Piper and Abigail Crimmins; his siblings, David Picray and Kathy Simpson; and his siblings-in-law, Lucy Howarth and Dean Howarth (Margy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family.
