We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 79, Denise L. Perry of Des Moines, Iowa, born in Oskaloosa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerald Smith and Ionia Smith. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Perry Sr.; her children, Dana Chaplin (John) of Des Moines, Daniel Jr. Perry (Shelley) of Slater and DeDee Warner (Steve) of Carlilse; and her friend Hawkeyes of Iowa. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
