He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Fleagle and Ruby Fleagle (Phelan); and his brother Bud Fleagle. He is survived by: his children, David Fleagle (Jillayne), Dana (Jeff), Lisa Baker (Kevin), Jay Johnson (Traci) and Elaina Smalley (Mark). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and great friends.
