He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell Berg and Beverly Berg. He is survived by: his son Dale Berg, Jr.; and the mother of his child Heather Berg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his cat.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309).
