She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Green (Barbara); her in-law Ed Squier (Evelyn); her siblings-in-law, Cindy Green, Joan Green and Genie Wailes; and her stepgrandson Andrew Hammond.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick "Pat" Squier; her children, Mark Squier (Crystal) and Ann Squier-Hammond (Rob); her grandchildren, Dylan, Lacey, Bella, Josh Squier, Willow, Andrew and Cory Hammond; and her siblings, John Green, Steve Green (Marsha) and Leline "Lecy" Wailes. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Cindi's honor at the Mayo Clinic Hospital for the LVAD Transplant Unit.
