He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Johnson and Vera Johnson; and his wife Jane Steward Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Jay Johnson, Marge Ann Crees and Virgina Carol Bell; his children, Linda Marie Fullhart (David), Peggy Jean Nielsen and Jay Steward Johnson (Hilda); his grandchildren, Kathryn Marie Fullhart Galle (Chris), Sarah Berniece Fullhart (Adam Troeger), Tyler John Nielsen (Tara), Bennett Charles Nielsen and Corbin Linn Nielsen (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Tory Linn Nielsen, Henry Charles Troeger, Max Conrad Troeger, Tatum Charles Nielsen, Anderson David Galle, Eleanor Marie Galle, Sullivan John Nielsen, Tessa Anne Nielsen and Ellis Charles Nielsen.
