We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, at the age of 96, Beverly J. Simpson (Des Moines, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Plude and Myrtle Plude (Randolph); her husband Dick (Dick); and her siblings, Tom, Lillian and Dick.
She is survived by: her daughter Bev; her brother Lou Plude (Susan) of Pleasantville; her daughters, Candace Bair (Dave) of Des Moines, Judy Pertzborn (Rick), Penni McKinley (Mike) of Ankeny and Barb Blane (Rick); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Pertzborn Moulton, Sarah Pertzborn Powell, Erik Bair, Matthew Pertzborn, Allison Bair, Anne Pertzborn Schapman, Ryan Blane, Keyea Meyer Fowles and Cory Blane. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; and many special nieces, nephews, and her dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bev's memory can be made to UnityPoint Taylor House Hospice.
