She is survived by: her sons, Antonio Vaughn of Minneapolis, MN and Douglas Williams Sr. of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Saresse Nelson, Norman Nelson, Antonio Nelson, Douglas Williams Jr. (Tianna), Aaron Williams and Jacqueline Goldmon (Dewayne); her sister Deaconess Sharon Kay Brown of Des Moines, IA; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Joyce Williams of Des Moines, IA and Betty Williams of St. Louis Park, MN.; and her friend Katherine Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church (3415 3rd St, Des Moines, IA 50313). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
