As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Holmes and Ester Holmes; her husband Donald Edwards; her daughter Robin Coan; and her granddaughter Jaiden Kimbley.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Holmes, Robert Anderson and Timothy Anderson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens (121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313).
