He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn; his mother Ruby; his former wife Karen Sinclair; and his pet Vito. He is survived by: his children, Jim Sinclair (Lynn), Mary Frein and Suzy Frein (Billy); his grandchildren, Joey Frein (Tuanh), Katie Delaney (Ryan), Frankie Frein (MacKenzie), Anthony Frein (Stefanie), Mary Frances Frein, Isaac Sinclair, Faith Sinclair, Simon Sinclair and Elijah Sinclair; his great grandchildren, Bella Frein and Carter Delaney; his siblings, Chuck and Nene; and his pet Kat.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church (650 NE 52nd Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
