He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Havlicek and Amelia Havlicek (Zvacek); and his siblings, Irma Jackson and David Havlicek. He is survived by: his sons, Matt and Mark (Beth) of Clive, Iowa; his friends, Seth and Steve; and also Julie. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family who will make a charitable donation to a Veteran's organization in his name.
