He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Locke and Jessie Locke (Riedesal); his grandson Michael Locke; and his siblings, Dennis, Malcolm Locke and Wanda Birner.
He is survived by: his sons, William Locke (Melody) of Cedar Falls, Larry Locke (Vicky) of Independence and Jerry Locke (Lyn) of Evansdale; and his sisters-in-law, Maggie Smith and Connie Locke. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
