He is survived by : his mother Linda Ruby (Wiesley) of Urbandale; his wife Tammy Charon of Denver; his daughter Emily Ruby (John); his father Robert Kent Ruby (Juanita) of Cedar Falls; and his siblings, Lynette Wagner (Kevin) of Urbandale and Erynn Clark (Fernando) of Britt.
