She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred B. Saunders and Elizabeth Ganther Saunders; her husband Harlan Bernard Erdmann; her son Daryl Erdmann; her great grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Pepper Erdmann and Brad Smith; her sons-in-law, Jerry Kaleas and John DeGraffenried; and her siblings, Helen Miller, Elizabeth Erpelding, Grace Levendusky, George, Charles and Fred Saunders.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Kaleas of Denver, Diana DeGraffenried of Barnett, MO, Karen Wilson (C. R.) of Spickard, MO and Reynold Erdmann (Joyce) of Washburn; and her daughter-in-law Freda Erdmann of Big Fork, MT. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Locke Garden View Chapel (3655 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a fund to be established.
