He was predeceased by : his parents, John Keith and Beatrice Keith (Sherwood); his stepbrothers, James and William Leer; his nephew Todd Leer; and his brother-in-law Craig Halleck.

He is survived by : his wife Beverly Bergmann; his son Billy Keith (Jen); his grandsons, Braden and Max Keith; his sister Merry Halleck; his sisters-in-law, Mary Deutsch and Mary Leer; his nephews, Kelly Leer (Stephanie) and Jeff Leer (Kim); and his niece Jamie Leer.
