With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bonnie Jean Matthias (Denver, Iowa), born in Waterloo, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bonnie Jean left this world on October 28, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Warneke and Florene Warneke (Fasse); and her brother-in-law Ken Freeman. She is survived by: her son Lon Matthias (Kim) of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Landon Matthias and Eva Matthias; her sister Julie Freeman of Hiawatha; her nephew Mike Freeman (Deb) of Hiawatha; and her great-nephews, John Freeman (Sally) of Lisbon and Matt Freeman of Tiffin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (110 S State St, Denver, IA 50622). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (2683 Quail Ave, Readlyn, IA 50668).
