He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon William and Leona Jean Hill Gruber; his daughter Tina Kristine; and his granddaughter Kalynn Renee. He is survived by: his spouse Trulla Jane Patten; his children, Angela, Hal (Katie) and Joshua (Chrissi); his grandchildren, Hailey, Ashley, Jackson, Andrew, Cal, Kaden, Elizabeth and Chance; his great grandchildren, Emery and Nolan; and his siblings, Dennis Gruber (Joanne), Carol Klammer (Hap), Bev Lanigan (Tim) and Joyce McBride (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
