He was predeceased by: his parent Manson Phillip; and his sister Linda Louck. He is survived by: his mother Lucille May Goldie (Rhodes) of Denmark, Iowa; his wife Cynthia Ann Goldie of Denmark, Iowa; his children, Tishly Ann Herrington (Harvie) of Eldridge and Ted James Goldie (Mindy) of Fort Madison, Iowa; his sister Gloria Gregory of West Point, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Harli Herrington, Parker Herrington, Harvie Herrington, Phillip Goldie and Claire Goldie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
