She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Darius Sr. Derr and Ada Derr (Cloud); her husband Paul Vintager Sr.; her children, Paul Vantiger (Alice) of Dallas City, Alan Vantiger (Jeanne) of West Point, Iowa, Lynn Chipman, Mary Seberg (Doug) of Burlington, Julie Steffen (Jim) of Mount Pleasant and Patty Vandenberg (Todd Ross) of Denmark, Iowa; her sisters-in-law, Liz Derr and La Von Vantiger; and her grandchild But. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Denmark Fire & Rescue.
