With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dan C. Bailey of Denmark, Iowa, born in Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2020 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dan C. Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Bailey and Lucille Bailey (Holmes); and his siblings, Paula De Kraai and Mike Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bailey (Sandy); his son Todd Bailey (Amy); his grandchildren, Austin Bailey (Nicole) of Land and Jenessa Bailey of Land; his siblings, Phillip Bailey of Denmark, Iowa, Barb Bailey (Kevin Beach) of Fort Madison, Kim Bailey of Fort Madison and Karen Decker (Lyndon) of Fort Madison; and his siblings-in-law, Caroline Bailey of Keosauqua, Iowa, Dennis De Kraai of Fort Madison, Iowa, Bob Bauswell (Bonnie) of Pahrump, Ron Bauswell (Sandy) of Galesburg and George Bauswell (Lisa) of Fort Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19, for the safety of immediate family, there will be a private service held at 2:00 pm ET on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Loyless Funeral Home, Land O Lakes, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Dan to the American Heart Association .
