She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Esal and Reta Rose Carr (Choate); her husband Arthur; her brother Eugene C. Carr; her siblings-in-law, Lee and Evalynne Duff; and her daughter-in-law Angela Duff.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary A. Duff (Connie) of Williams, AZ and Ronald D. Duff of Schleswig, IA; her grandchildren, Gary Duff (Dawn) of Phoenix, AZ, Tamra Duff of Prescott, AZ, Jill Lufkin (Brad) of Johnston, IA, Kelsey Hipnar (Andy) of Denison, IA and Andrew Duff (Courtney) of Mason City, IA; and her sister-in-law Norma Turner of Panora, IA.. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
