She is survived by: her former husband Dave "Elmer" Melby; her child Darcy (Nick Behrendt) of Dunlap; her husband Tom Henkelman of Omaha; her son Doug Melby (Jill) of Dunlap; and her siblings, Pauline Kloewer of Harlan, Bob Fouts of Dunlap, Phil Fouts (Anita) of Woodbine, Kenneth Fouts (Janice) of Dunlap, Phyllis Peterson (WD "Pete") of Sahuarita, Becky Young of Mesa and Jim Fouts (Peggy) of Dow City, Iowa. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3+ great-grandchildren.
