He is survived by: his son Doug Melby (Jill) of Dow City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Madison and Devin; and his siblings, Theresa Henkelman of Greeley, Kathy Calderon of Napa, Kevin Henkelman (Corrine) of Manning and Paul Henkelman (Charity) of Hudsonville, Michigan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
