He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Chapman. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Chapman of Arion, Iowa and Elaine Chapman (Namanny); his brothers, Bill Chapman (Cheryl Fluke) of Durant and Tim Chapman of Des Moines, Iowa; his sister-in-law Gayle Chapman of Denison; his nephews, Josh and Nick Chapman of St. Joseph; and his niece Maggie Chapman of Denison. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
