Puck and Rosa Puck (Schmidt); her daughter Nancy Jean Werneburg (Roger Werneburg, Sr.); her siblings, Viola Boger (Les), Alice Stevens (Joe), Delores Puck, Donald Puck and Lewis Puck; her nephews, Jim Puck (Kay), Leon Puck and Duane Boettger; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tad Werneburg, Jr., Ciarra Werneburg and Nick Stone.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Deborah Puck (Travis Daniel) of Carroll; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Sosa, Lillian Sosa and Ella Puck; her stepgrandchildren, Sheila Clark of North Carolina, Tad Werneburg, Sr. (Teresa) of Creston, Roger Werneburg Jr. of Creston, Jamie Werneburg (Amanda) of Osceola, Melissa Knapp (Josh) of Creston, Jeremy Werneburg of Carroll and Nathan Werneburg of Ida Grove; her nieces, Janice Boettger of Dow City and Lynn Salzkorn (Dennis) of Salix; and her nephew Eric Vandeventer of Omaha, Nebraska.
