He is survived by: his children, Debbie Smith (Larry) of Greenview, IL and Douglas Rice (Kathy Dressen) of Denison; his great grandchild Samantha Zamago (Orlando); his siblings, Marjorie Otto of Storm Lake, Dick Rice (Monica) of Storm Lake, Ed Rice (Loa Jean) of Alta and Tom Rice (Doris) of Storm Lake; and his son-in-law Jim Robinson of Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
