He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Frank and Emma Frank (Cassebarth); his brother Virgil Frank (Lois); his parents-in-law, Rudolph and Caroline Christensen; and his sister-in-law Alice Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Frank of Denison; his friend Louise Galbraith of Denison; his nephew Kevin Frank (Leigh) of Danbury; his niece Lynelle (Rodney Hodgson); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roy Hodgson (Mindy), Addyson of LeMars and Brooklyn Hodgson of LeMars. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Zion Lutheran Church Renovation Fund.
